The dangers of walking aimlessly

Once a Seahorse took his savings and went in search of fortune. He had not walked much when he met an Eagle, who said to him:

- "Good friend. Where are you going?"

"I'm going in search of fortune," the Seahorse replied proudly.

"You're in luck," said the Eagle. "For half your money, let me take this wing so you can get there faster."

"Good!" Said the Seahorse. He paid him, put his wing, and bolted out. Then he found a sponge, who said to him:

- "Good friend. Where are you going in such a hurry?"

"I'm going in search of fortune," answered the Seahorse.

"You're in luck," he said to the Sponge. "Seeing you this propellant of mine for very little money, so that you arrive faster."

That was how the Seahorse paid the rest of his money for the propeller and furrowed the seas with fivefold speed. Suddenly, he found a shark who said to him:

- "Where are you going, my good friend?"

"I'm going in search of fortune," answered the Seahorse.

"You're in luck. If you take this shortcut," said the Shark, pointing to his huge mouth, "you'll save a lot of time."

"All right, I thank you very much," said the Seahorse, and launched himself into the Shark, being devoured.
